Weeks 1–2

Frame

The problem, the scope and the plan.

  • Who it is for, and what success looks like
  • What is in the first release, and what is not
  • The plan, and what we need from you

Good questions.

Do I have to pick one service?

No. Most projects combine two or three: a website with an agent behind it, or an app with automation around it. Tell us the outcome you want and we’ll shape the services around it.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

The problem, in your own words, and whatever your team uses today: a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, a competitor’s site you admire. Rough is fine. We’ll ask the rest.

Can you work with the systems we already have?

Yes. A lot of what we build connects to existing tools: your CRM, payment providers, messaging, accounting. We start by learning what you run on, then decide what to keep, connect or replace.

Do you work with companies outside Kenya?

Yes. We’re based in Nairobi and work with companies in Kenya and around the world.

How do we start?

Book a 30-minute call, or send us a message about what you’re building. We’ll come back with questions, and then with a plan.

Tell us what you’re building.

A 30-minute call is the quickest way to see if we’re the right fit. Or send us a message, whichever suits you.
